Justin Peter Lowe

Justin Peter Lowe, known professionally as Justin Lowe, is an American-Swiss investor and the founder of Gardiner Investments. He has spent thirty years in global capital markets, investment banking and asset management, as an investor, an operator and a founder, and works between Miami and Geneva.

He began investing in hedge funds in 1999 and co-founded Reliance Management, a fund of hedge funds manager that grew beyond $2 billion in assets under management by 2008. In 2010 Reliance acquired the New York based Pan Funds to form Pan Reliance Capital Advisors, which was named Fund of Hedge Funds Adviser of the Year in 2013 and 2017 and won Sustained Excellence in Funds of Hedge Funds Management in 2014. He founded Gardiner Investments in 2015 and exited Pan Reliance three years later, the third of three businesses he has built and left.

Earlier in his career he founded a software company that grew out of his work at Broadview International, the technology-focused investment bank now part of Jefferies, and began as a consultant with Bain & Company across the Geneva, Paris, London and Munich offices. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.Sc. (Econ.) in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and completed full Swiss military service. He speaks English, French and Spanish fluently, and conversational German.

He has served on the boards of a Luxembourg UCITS management company, the North American arm of a Geneva private client group, and a winery acquisition fund, and is Chairman of Saddleback Uranium and Chairman of the Advisory Board of PSG Digital in London, which focuses on the tokenization of real world assets. He is an Advisor to the Fit For Life Foundation and a board member of the Surfrider Foundation's Miami chapter. His first novel, Since Ninety-One, is published in October 2026.
